Ok let's start off.

Depending on your defenders strenghts, a 3 or a 4 man defence, in line, not too wide.

I would also improve it by a 2 man middle-defence to stop his three attacking mids, just above your 3 men in the defence. Have to have good play intelligence and tackling.

Depending if you put 3 or 4 in defence, do an offensive mid just between his 3 defensive mids.

Lastly, if you have 3 good attackers, put 3 of them WIDE...the best one in the center.
