The way I see it teams should freaking beg EA to put their teams on the game. This gives the team more advertising, and any team benefits from that. For example, after seeing how cool the jersey for PSV looks you might go out and buy it, or you might decide to start supporting that team etc...
Some corporations actually pay game makers to have their stuff shown on the game. Nike, Adidas etc should want every team in the game wearing their jerseys.
And as of late Argentina is having the same problem I guess. Look at their jersey, it resembles a $9.99 T-shirt.
