"Could Not Enter Lobby"

for the past 2 days, i have not been able to enter any of the PC lobbies, french, english, german spanish, none of them.
It just takes bout 1 minute attempting to enter the lobby, and then i get the message "could not enter lobby."

is this a problem with konami, or a problem at my end?

i'd just let u know that a couple days ago i installed service pack 2, as i didnt have this already. i did this so i could install Zune software, which allows me to share music from my PC with me xbox 360.
I was not sure if doing this may have had an effect, but i don't think it will have, because when it does the "Testing Network Area" or whatever, it passes that very quickly, and i have also tried it with the windows firewall turned off, but no effect.

i have no firewall or internet security installed, so these will not be affecting it.

you have to do new player file. It worked for me !

will my other player file ever be usable again? it was division 1 wih quite alot of games >_< don't wanna start all over again really. although i will if i have to

It's a pin in the fecking arse, I too had a good well used profile....
I mean maybe it's a bug when u play so many games and I will end up having to make a 3rd fooking profile???

Anyone have an addy so I can send a email and complain to Konami?
