The ladder system - Ps3gl currently has 21 ladder games , with games like Call Of Duty 3,4,5 , Fifa 08/09 , madden09, Formula 1, Resistance 1/2, Pro evo, Tiger woods and many more. Each ladder runs for 2 months , with the winners awarded trophies for there achivements.

The league system - we have is the system Ps3gl started out with and has been very successfull. The league system also has the above games (and many more) in league based competitions. Obviously you don't know the difference which reflects badly on your organisation as a whole. Personally I now believe it to be run by an army of illiterate fools who don't know their arse from their face. How could you run such an thing successfully? No chance. I shall not be acquiring your services and will be telling my people to stay away from it too.
