Fifa Manager 10 energy problem

I think that problem is already solved in some other thread but okay, I'll still ask. How can I get my energy level and fatigue realistic? My players are always very-very tired and that impacts my team performance although CPU teams always have 98-100 energy. Read some topics about it in other forums but didn't understand where I can find my "career.ini" file to change some lines.

Your players might have too low in stamina, and also if you do recovery in the train schedule before a match, they regain that energy back.
