You can import the images with TextureImage 11

@Safari: Rightclick with your mousebutton and choose save as.. it's that simple

There are alot of boots in the game and many of them are unused. Is it possible for us to enable the unused boots from previous versions of the game to assign to players?

yes you can with database editor from rinaldo i enable them almost all.
use the boot id player id map from here
