So looks like JJ dont know if he should put Ruben Amorim or Nolito as starter...
I would say Ruben is a solid choice then if things go well in the second half i would put Nolito. Getting in fresh against a "tired" defence would cause some trouble. Lets see
I still wonder what Jesus is doing there, just that... Like i said before he just puts them in the field the same way he does every single game, even if we got raped he cant change nothing.
Lets see the second half. Totally deserved goal by Porto.
Kind of looks like he's faking a head injury and then gets kicked in the balls. The Benfica player definitely doesn't get his head, and either Fucile is trying to complain about the foul or he's acting as if he's been hit when the Benfica player kicks him in the nuts.
Yeah, Fucile faked the pain, but Cardozo still hits him and if you say there was barely any intensity, James was sent off last week because a punch with as much intensity as that kick. (and I dissed James too, I'm not being biased)
Still, we don't deserve to win a game where we should've won but our wonderful manager decided to lose by himself. Probably the worst substitutions I have ever seen in a football match. He didn't show any balls to take off Hulk, so I hope Pinto da Costa has some big enough to fire him as quickly as possible.
Yeah I was almost expecting Pereira to take off Otamendí, as he apparently was taking the best players off. How on earth he kept aweful Varela and injured Hulk is beyond me and I guess every other person with a brain. And bringing in Belluschi and Walter? The first one when we needed to close up in the midfield, too. ******* disgraceful, what a moron. I've lost all confidence in him, no matter if and what we win this year. (which quite frankly, will probably be not much).
Yeah I see where you're coming from, I didn't like our coach's attitude either. Since the beginning the players seemed afraid to play the football they are clearly capable of. I understand since Porto played at their stadium it was up to them to attack more, but still what kind of mentality is that? Most times you end up losing the match when you approach it in the way that he did.
JJ is actually lucky Gaitán is an extraordinary player. Hope he stays with us next year too.
@ Fili
Not having a go here but if Cardozo would be sent off by that, then in the rules of the game attempting to physically assault a player is also a red card. Hulk did it to Maxi two times in a row, except Maxi ignored it and didn't roll on the field like a ******* clown.

I got mad when Jesus sent off Nolito, he was one of the most dangerous players by our side, since Aimar and Nolito left the game went kinda poor and besides the 2nd goal (awesome assist by Saviola) i dont remember Benfica getting near Helton again...
