Form and Formations

I am in my third season in the english league, I play a 3-5-2 formaition and i got palace promoted, then left for southampton who i also got promoted and finished in 4th in the premiership with a champions league place. all was good........i then started the new season and after a good start (including a 4-0 win over Real Madrid) they beat me 4-0 in the return legand i have dropped to 17th in the premiership with only 2 different players from the season before. i have qualified for the next stage of the champions league but at the moment it looks like ill be out next stage and out of the premiership. I am using the same tactics so why cant i win a game now?

Just change it up a bit.

Don't change your tactic. It will past after a while and you will starting wining again. Don't change the tactic because it takes time to players to adjust to new tactic, and you don't have time to this. Good luck.
