Corners & Free Kicks

In Fifa99 & below, when taking corners &
free-kicks, the opposition stay fixed in their positions yet u can move a player
wherever u want & then take your kick.
It would be better if the opposition move(ie. if that player is marked) to reflect your changes or at least move around a bit for a sense of realism. Maybe the keeper can bark orders to the defense as well.
Maybe even implement set play keys that allow your team to move into positions to try & catch the opposition off guard without them seeing what u are doing(good for Multiplayer games). A cool set play would be the through ball play in front of goal where a player runs just past the wall & collects a pass allowing him to shoot at goal instead of the free kick taker having a shot or using a predictable pass.

Especially about the goal keeper giving orders to the players in front him.
