Here are my missing star players the ones bracketed are my ideas for people who could be star players and the ones that aren't are the official ones, please feel free to correct me or add any of your own. (the ones with question marks by them are questionable decisions)
Argentina: Pablo Aimar, Juan Sebastian Veron, Claudio Lopez (Crespo, Saviola, Riquelme, Ortega, Samuel, Batistuta, D'Alessandro)
Australia: Harry Kewell
(Viduka, Emerton)
Austria: Andreas Herzog
(-----)
Belgium: Marc Wilmots, Emile Mpenza
(Valgaeren, Strupar, Sonck)
for Mexico, I think instead of Villa it should be Palencia (The golie: Oscar Perez [11th in the world] is having the worst moment of his live, and the best defense: Claudio Suarez just had a pretty bad accident that will not let him play the WC )
Too many unrealistic Star Players. You tryin' to tell me Emerton is close to Totti? Heh no way. But keep on postin', cos the patchers will most probably take note of the list and edit it once they get the game
hey guys....I'm a little troubled here...I've noticed, that there are some teams listed here, which didn't manage to qualifiy for the world cup, Finland for instance. So, obviously EA is putting in plus teams again, just as in WC98....But the I ask, where is Holland (Netherlands) ??
I really don't want to hurt anybody, but please don't tell me that Greece or Switzerland is a more popular or better team than Holland...
So I mention it again, I do not want to hurt anybody or his nation, but I think this isn't right...
I'm not sure (so please don't bite my head off) but I think EA hasn't got the copyright stuff to use Holland's national team (but could've if they qualified) because in Fifa 2002 you don't get the official holland team but a crappy mad up one (unless my copy is messed up)

You are correct. It is a license issue as it is in Fifa 2002. They could not get the license to inlude Holland so that is why they are no in it.

Originally posted by Tom Very stupid that EA didn't select Ono as star player for Japan, he's playing the UEFA Cup final! How good must players be to be a star player???
so you are saying that every player from a national team wich plays the uefa cup final should be a star player? i think that wouldn't be realistic
