I will help you out my friend..
I know it is frustrating but i will
do my best to help you out..

the problem is with your directdraw screen
resoulution.. when you run other games..
does it look like that to?

well you need to go to windows start button
and go to RUN: and type = regedit

then click
on HKEY_CURRENT_USER
then the tree will drop down
and click on system..
and then click on DISPLAY
and this is a bit complicated
you have to click on the trees
and find 640x800..
and in the refresh rate box.. double click
and change it to 85..

respong to me if you have any questions
