My screen turns black when I start the demo,.???

When I start the demo of Fifa2000,.. my
sreen turns black,.. I use a DiamondMonster3D
whit a normal Voodoo chip. I don't understand
because Fifa 99 works perfect,..
I tried new direct-X drivers en all the display setings,.. but stil it turns black,??
