Kit Making Question

I am starting to try and make kits for Fifa 2003 but my problem is that my collars don't look right because I can't figure out exactly where the inside edge of the collar should be. What I mean is I don't know where the hole for the neck of the player is exactly going to be cut out. Could someone possibly post a sort of template where this line is so I can make the collars on my kits look proper? Thanks.
