is it the same thing as what fifa have got because this is football have it, the player faces on this game arent as good as fifa but the other graphics are just as good. who knows maybe they will be able to advance in gameplay where fifa games cant. we need someone to rival pro evolution soccer.
all the while everyone is talking about fifa 2004, pro evolution soccer 3 is in development.

The FIFA license does not include all the national teams, club teams, or stadiums. The FIFA license covers FIFA sanctioned event i.e. World Cup. I do believe EA also have the UEFA license for Euro2004. EA does not have the license for UEFA Champions League. I believe Eidos has it. FIFA2003 has over 162 licenses. FIFPro only covers likeness and attributes. Remember that the FIFA license is exclusive to EA so no other company can get it until the license runs out in 2006.
