Technology MOVES ON!

For a 'gamer', those specifications are quite low actually. Even the recommend ones aren't exactly 'cutting edge'. :/

Mine:

O/S: Windows 2000/XP
CPU: Pentium 4 2.4c (can be overclocked easily to 3.1GHz)
Graphics card: Radeon 9700 Pro (had it for a year now)
RAM: 512 MB (Dual Channel DDR PC 3500)
HDD: I've got 27GB free on this partition
100% DirectX 8.1 compatible Sound Card (Audigy 2 here)
IMPORTANT: DVD ROM Drive!!! (had one since January 2000)

My machine specs aren't exactly earth-shattering- people have much better out there...

true you need a very fast machine, i got a fast one but 3 gig + and all the other i think that might ask a little too much from people, but i could run it on my machine so dosnt really matter to me too much but i agreee abit too insane!!!

That's pretty 'old' technology really...
Buy a console then! :/

Good on Konami- I can't wait for both games really (PES3 and FIFA 2004)!
