Which Editor is the best one?

I need help,

i´m searching an editor for WE 7 I: (PC).

I´ve got the new WEditor 1.2 by kmochida
and
the WEoptEditor 1.23

My problem:

With the WEditor i don´t know how to load the file. When I choose the folder, there only appears the default file
(Wrong Team names, players etc.)

With WeOptEditor I know how to handle with, but don´t know how to save.
Because when I choose "save" or "save as..." and load it after that, there are no changes.
Not in the game and no more in the OptFile.

So can anyone help me with these editors or is there any other Editor especially for WE 7 I: (PC)
