well you can still edit the model to match the image. look at the forehad width in the image and your model. quite different. the head shape in general really. texture is fine since you're still learning.

I've already made Gajos. Yeah it's good idea to make another Ekstraklasa facepack. But it will be my last in Fifa 16.
