Waving flags in FIFA 14

Hi I've searched the forum, but I can't find an answer. How do I mod the flags you see waving in the crowds? Preferably using Creation Master. If I can't edit them how do I remove them?

Hey just seeing if you had any look sorting this out? From what I know it cant be done through creation master and is done by altering a certain file.

It is dependent on the league and country id. For instance England and all of it's leagues does not have it assigned. However, Germany, France and Italy do. Substituting ids would help.

Does it mean if the team is Manchester United from England, and I want the crowd to wave flags, I have to change the country of Manchester United to Germany, Italy or France?
