Career Mode Improves
You probably played FIFA MANAGER. This patch makes FIFA 16 more like a manager game.
This patch makes your career mode more realistic.

Some of the changes in your career mode are: better transfer activity, all team are active on transfers, you will have more bids for your players, your players will have more realistic values, your players will growth more realistic, better youth system. Also you will have more realistic injures, more contract renewals, beeter training system, better squad sarting line-up for all teams. Big teams will transfer big players and best young players and more.

How to install?
1. Copy all files in your FIFA 16 folder.
2. Run ModdingWayInstaller.exe and press Install.
3. Enjoy.

What is the difference between this version and the version of chris2k13? I dont know which one I should download and use ingame. Can u help me out pls?
