exactly why both mods load...
the problem with another Fifa version is the legacy directory, the normal graphics always work...
EA changes the legacy directory algorithm with each new patch, so we can only open a limited amound of old project files...
there is also a legacy directory in every project file, no matter if we change it...

Ok, I got it.
Hopefully you will be able to load the european cups dressing into the project also.
I cannot tell if there are more graphics missing from the project untill now but if is not possible, I'll just make a mod file from your project with my tweaked ini's and players.
It will just take mor time for me to test all the ini's in this way.

I guess not much graphic left is it?
PS: know where pitch files are? Those which control dirt. I hope still pitchwear are named.
I see this year that generic stadiums have pitchwear, while specific ones don't.
I try to find out what string controls that in order to remove dirt from all stadiums

What a perfect mess this year, but with potential though.
Yeah, I'm guessing they are there, but where? I'm looking for a few hours for them.
This is a little difficult untill we understand the new structure which is very different from the ignite era.
Also I'm noticing some transfer files embeded in career tab in content. Interesting, maybe that is responsable for th e number of transfers this year and loans. Let's see.

After that many troubles we faced with Frosty, is it any chance someone gonna make a tutorial showing how to install it all up to make the patch fully working? I would give it a try, even though the German patch failed.

If you have problems with the tools, look into fidel's thread a few pages back. Federico Debla listed the steps in order to make it work and use fidel's files.

The Update is only for the Mod Manager.
The Update contains all missing files, it's only for the current Fifa version!!!

I've mentioned a few pages back that an error appears when I want to launch the game after DB is imported through Frosty.

FAILED means = it doesn't work, as for many other members who tried to run it up. I went through this topic but it's not clearly stated what is needed, what should be done, the first post has not been edited since it's been made at all to give some tips for everyone who enters this thread to get this patch working correctly. To keep updates in one place, to highlight deleting "mod" folder requirement or changing any other files in game's folders in order to make it working. NOTHING.

It is a big mess in here,I'm editing FIFA/PES since 2004 and never had any problem with importing files into the game, but this year we have something completely new and as a patch-maker we supposed to make sure the thread is clear, we keep the first post updated, so all of us can use the work you made.

Another update no.3 has been released, zero information has been provided of what version needs to be downloaded and imported, whether only update3 has to be used or what.

I'm following Fidel's thread as well but the number of information and general thread's content is soooooo huge and after viewing couple of pages you get lost as you don't know what the users are on about. They are mostly focused on editing DB through CM, and I couldn't find any information provided how to import Andy's patch into the game.

And besides, the thread's author should make sure it's understandable for everyone how to manage his add-on to be working perfectly. Shouldn't he?

I don't want to blame anyone, but it is a big mess here and after following a few last pages of that thread you still don't know what you have to do. Moreover, you know less after reading tones of posts providing 39200 different information :-)

You may be right, not everybody makes it work and yes, the load of info is huge.
But, for the time being we are limites to frosty editor.
However, in the not so distand future, Shawminator will probable release his new tool made only fo fifa with the complete functions like adding new things and more user friendly and easy to understand. That will be the best tool for fifa and believe me, everyone is wainting for the release.
PS: if you cannot find the post, pm Federico Debla and he'll most likely send you the steps to be done. (if you don't want to be thrown in jail by some jumpy users which are very sensitive about asking if an answer has been given somewhere among the milion posts :innocent_smile_1:...so private pm)

I know it's not always perfect, what I'm describing, that's why I mostly try it through screens...
There are always experienced users and inexperienced users, it's difficult to do it all right...
I try my best to find solutions, even if it is not always easy, and also I can overlook posts...

all updates always build on the first Mod...
are you taking Update 3 from the Germany Patch, you do not need all others anymore...
