Can you help me ?

I adjust the head file in blender, using CM to adjust the hair, hair tex, etc (Convert from FIFA 18 to FIFA 14) and using PES File explorer to import block to file (block file 7,8,11, and 12)
Everything look fine in CM 15 preview.

but the game chrashed when i check the player editor in game.

Then i removed the head file.
Everything look fine except the head.

I tried to Created new player in CM 15 and it's still crashed.

Anyone have a solution ?
because i am newbie, i need your help.
