I have access to the files if someone can convert?

I've tried to do it a couple of times but I never seem to be able to set-up Blender correctly. For the moment I have cheated and used previous head models of the icons and swapped out the faces :)

Can you please post the files here so anyone can try converting?
And the PNGs too if you exported them, please.

Actually the format is a little different to what I am used to so not sure if they can be converted. I can't find the specific eye files either. I have uploaded one for now. If anyone does manage to convert, let me know and I'll get the others uploaded.
