This is defiantly something to be considered.

A conversion would have limitations. As well as losing all custom faces, we would loose other things like most custom adboards. A notable problem would be losing the all female career mode due to regenerated players being male (in FIFA 16 I can make them female with lua code).

To the best of my knowledge, you can add new teams and leagues freely to the DB, but not add new graphics. Patches adding new teams use IDs with existing assets, FUT ones mostly I think.

Not quite. Good progress is being made though.

Thanks for the Juventus update, line up and formation has been adjusted to your suggestion.

I should clarify, my last comment was about squads rather than kits. All international teams with real kits in FIFA 18 have been updated with those kits. I do not expect any others to be updated.
