It is totally possible. You can have two (or more) different Fifa 16 folders in your Origin Games folder with the patch version you want, but you have to rename your FIFA folders to the like of "FIFA 16 patch1" then "FIFA 16 patch2" (or anything your want). When you want to play the FIFA 16 patch1 version just rename it "FIFA 16" so that Origin can "see" the game.
Importantly, I suggest you to also rename in the same way the fifa 16 folder inside the Documents folder (keep one folder for each version of the game) so that you do not lose your saves. Just gives it back its default name (FIFA 16) before launching the game.

Where can be the problem for team name?
In CM16 looks everything alright, but in game team names are messed up.
I renamed Moddingway patch to FIFA16 MW, and i use this for Brasil leagues FIFA 16 folder. I deleted folder from Documents.
Please help!

I have a question that is sort of related but not exactly about how to run them. With one FIFA 16 installation already done, how do I then get Origin to let me install it again to have a second installation? It only wants me to play but doesn't give the option for install now obviously.
