i open pes 2018 tattoo file

But it looks a little different from fifa.

I do not know how to apply this texture to FIFA

I think this file need to move it using Photoshop.

I have finished the 2.Bundesliga! The link is on the first page as usual.
There are just a few 3.Liga tattoos in there but I decided to not do the league in fullness, because it isnt usuable in career mode and I thought other leagues would make more sense. I will update the English leagues once again, so that the tattoos of the players get more realistic. After that I will do the Portugese and Russian leagues!

Does someone know how to convert PES 2017 tattoo files to FIFA? Or is it even possible?
Because I would like to convert some of these tattoos from this big pack https://www.pes-patch.com/2017/09/pes-2017-tattoo-pack-500-by-sofyan-andri.html
If it is possible it would be a big step forward as there are many tattoos for many good and talented players in there, which i could only come close too. But these are spot on. Players like Alli, Wijnaldum or Lacazette should have there real tattoos.

i was open pes2017 tattoo file

that file was dds file so i use fifa file explorer to open
