Hey, katoon. I think you have potential to be a great facemaker but perhaps because you want to make many in one day you rush them and don't pay attention to some details. You could improve your faces by working on the profile, actually on the nose from the profile view. All your faces seem to have the same type of nose. You work great with textures, while you keep improving on the hair, because that's something to improve too, as many hair models are buggy or simply look bad (Stryger Larsen comes to my mind). I'd also recommend to test more in-game, because sometimes the preview on Blender is great, but in-game the face doesn't look as great.

Keep it up because I really think you can make faces close to perfection.
