Yes, but just for a limited time. For example first attempt it adds just 4 songs visibly and the fifth song will be visible in the list after restarting. Then I can add 15 songs and the same thing happens again, but then I can't add more songs after restarting the tool a second time.

The issue still exists. 7 songs - restart - 8 songs - restart - 1 song - restart - 4 songs - restart - 0 songs :/ I also can't switch back from the playlist to the songbank after clicking on the playlist button and I can't switch songs in the playlist if I want a different order.

Too sad. I've the same problem like STrent. I add some songs then nothing works, I restart, add some songs and so on. At the end when I try to save the playlist I'm pretty sure it doesn't save correctly because the files are too small.
If you get chance can you redownload the tool and try again. Thanks guys

Got time to test it but I can't get it to work. Still the same mistake. After I added some songs to the playlist I can't add more and I can't save a playlist.

, full playlist working and everything looks fine, Wizard try to make it run under administrator rights and windows 7 compatibility, that’s what i did 
Edit: Make sure the song plays correctly on the program (Play button after importing), some converted files may not work.

Damn, 41 songs imported (all work when I hit the play button) and the game still skips 9 of them (a few of them already worked in previous tests). It also seems that the tool can't handle commas in the file and / or song name. But 32 working songs are still better than the original Fifa soundtrack.
Hi guys - just to give you all an update. STrent has kindly provided me with his files again. Thanks to RSfandud for advising we need to make sure to run as administrator with windows7 compatibility.
When testing STrents files I can see some of the songs are being read by ealayer as 262kbps when he converted them correctly as 256kbps. Not sure why this is happening at the moment but this is the reason some of the songs are skipping. I am going to test some more tonight with the files he sent to try and find a solution and will get back to you. I will also fix the commas issue but be aware non-unicode characters will not be understood by fifa and can cause issues when you import them into the database, so avoid them if possible.

Ok update - I have tested STrents files and can confirm all songs are playing but some are actually playing the previous track instead of the intended song. This is the case for all apart from song2 which needs a code fix. Can you check this is the case on your own playlists? For example; STrent reported track 29 and 30 are not working; what is actually happening is it is playing song 28 at track 29 and 30 because it has imported 28 three times in a row. Not quite sure why this has happened and I haven't been able to replicate it myself. Will keep digging...
