I have done that many times but i guess when changing the team of rest of the world we need to edit the preseason friendly files and i even tried that butit still crashes

I can not turn the uniform on my back to edit the player's name or number I do not know how to do it in CM
You don't turn the player, just fill in the first/last name boxes, and edit kit number in the team lineup.
If you could play FIFA online with modded game files, not only would every gamer use either Real Madrid or Barcelona, they'd mod their team so that every player was rated 100 in every category. I don't ever play online and even I understand that.

Editing the DB means you won't be able to play online.

Sure, my point is it's completely understandable why people are unable to play online with modded game files.
That no doubt means one or more of your modded files are causing a conflict. And you're the only one who can figure out which file or files. Again, this is how you troubleshoot to locate the problem:
1. Start again by reverting back to the unedited files.
2. Edit one thing only.
3. Test in-game to make sure it doesn't crash.
4. Edit one more thing.
5. Test in-game to make sure it doesn't crash.
6. Etc and so forth.

Well it didnt for me i tried adding the icons.Not sure what you're saying. It works if you use DBM, open the WC db and add players, they will appear in WC mode. My created player, WC mode:

I've played online (FUT) with mods via Frosty Mod Manager. Just aesthetic things like LOD mods, etc.
This is the third reply where all you do is state that it doesn't work. It sounds to me like you'd rather just leave it at that, than learn how the tool and files work. Okay.
What is an "icon," is that some FUT thing, like player cards or something? I add players, that's what I've been explaining for several posts now. Adding players works. I have no idea if adding FUT cards or whatever works. If you have any interest in learning how to use this tool, start with something that works, like adding players. Or not, your call.
EDIT: So I googled icons, and see they have something to do with FUT. I have no idea what's required to add icons. But adding new players is dead easy, just copy and paste another player's stats, then change the ID. Literally takes 10 seconds. Like I said, given you're trying to learn the tool, start with that. Forget about icons for now. Experiment with edits that work and are easy to do. Create some copy/paste players in the WC db, and see if they show up in-game.

How did you edit the WC db? Sounds like an error in the editing process.
Only made the real 23 man squads.. so changed kitnumbers and let free 17 players
