Are you having only the Czech and Polish FIFA 18?
There is no Turkish commentary language.
What kind of commentary language do you want to use?
[Text Language Chezh to Turkish]
1. Open the "game property" of FIFA 18 in Origin.
2. Select "Chezh" for "Game Language" in "Advanced Launch Options".
3. Save your changes.
#1 to 3 may not be necessary.
4. Back up FIFA 18.exe
5. Open "FIFA 18. exe" with Hex editor.
6. Text type "cs_CZ" Search and edit to "tr_TR".
7. Text type "cze,cz" Search and edit to "tur,tr".
8. Search "tr_TR" in another place different from the above "6" and edit it to "cs_CZ".
9. Save your changes.

With "FIFA TITLE UPDATE AUGUST 2ND", only the commentary language selected by Origin can be used.

I edited my russian language fifa.exe to english .
Language within the game and commentary both become in english language !!

sry for my bad english, but I'm so desperate to talk with people with the same problem, someone who understands my problems, so I made this account. My console mates just laugh at me...
I can't tell you in which bad mood I am ... because of the last Patch.
This is so unbelievable frustrating, I can't tell you.... I mean ... I play games for over 30 years now and I buy EA games since the 90s ... I'm not kidding. I got NHL 93 or FIFA 96 in the closet behind me. I also played it on MegaDrive. I feel so badly treated and like I said ... I'm in such unbelievable bad mood right now.
I'm from germany and in every FIFA, I play the game in german, but put the commentators to english, to hear Martin Tyler and Alan Smith. It would be to long of a story, to tell you why. But I love it!
And than this patch ...
I think you allready know but ... I'm not able to change the commentators language anymore, even when I got the language files on my drive. There is no way to change it into any language ingame at all. It doesn't matter which language files you got ... it is always the language which is chosen in the Origin game characteristics, and the audio option for the commentary ingame is grey and not adjustable. No more changing on the fly ingame!
I rly tried everything the last 2 weeks and I called the EA-Support multiple times and not even they know, what's going on.
The other thing I don't understand is ... XBox and PS4 players are still able to pick any commentary language they want ingame. They change nothing there! Why EA cuts this out for PC gamers!? There is no reason for doing that. I don't get it. I just don't understand why PC-Gamers get punished like that!? Is there something we said!? I rly hope this is just a mistake and get patched, or this is my last EA game for a long time. Sry, but this is not cool! Not at all. The versions between PC an console should not be different in any case. This is just unfair! I paid the same price!
I there anything I can do!? With HEX-Editor maybe!? I tried alot, overwriting the german soundfiles with english ones and stuff like that. Nothing works! I can install it in english, but then the whole game is in english and I wann play a bit "Journey" in german, because otherwise I can't follow the story. So maybe one of you guys is able to tell me how I'm able to switch the commentary or maybe from the other side ... switching the"Journey" language!? I know there is an option ingame for "The Journey", but when I install it in english, It is greyd out aswell.
Please help me guys!

Ea declared that already ;
The language of the commentary and ingame language will be the same as the one chosen in origin in game properties , and you can't change that from inside the game .
So
If your fifa 18 copy support English language you could choose english in game properties in origin
And if it doesn't support English language you could edit the fifa 18.exe with hex editor into English , and add the english language commentary files to avoid game crashing ,
and the ingame language and commentary language will be in English .

That's actually very bad news because I enjoyed switching between English, German, Spanish when playing PL, BL or La Liga games
