I found them mate. The ones I haven't found 100% were Carvajal update, Koulibaly, Pazdan and Mertens, all others are in the pack.
(UPD: I just added detailed face list)

And as for adboards, yeah I was thinking about adding more local Russian sponsors (so far added one Alpha Bank in my edit) and having different adboard textures at different stadiums for the sake of variety.

I think file 000000dc.rx3 is the actual Keita Baldé, looking at the texture and comparing it to his face.

Luckily there are no ball boys on the pitch so that leaves only the banners issue, but I'm not familiar with hex editing.

This is the stadium btw, previews included but they are in a different size so it doesn't work from what I could tell.
