i delete all the lua files in the teams folder, should I have to delete other files? i notice that for example some teams even haven't back number updated (like manchester united) some others conversely yes, its a sort of mess. i think i messed up, sorry for the trouble I'm giving to you, I should leave this thread free

Friends in most leagues I got team names like "TEAMNAME_ABBR15_345346456", do I have to manually correct them or is there a simpler way?

Oh and the CL & EL balls don't seem to appear in Game Settings menu, although they are in the ball folder and the game regenerated. What to do?

Go to CM 16 and write the name of the Team in every column that will work,

For the ball you need the png files

can anyone update (in cmp) some important latin american teams for their libertadores ect cups? I mean teams which are not incuded in the game, Penarol Modevideo for example? I started updating the european ones for the Champions League and Europa League.

This is information you should have given earlier. If your DB is based on the 17/18 season then of course name colours will be wrong. Collars too, maybe more. Ovide's kit numbers work because each file is assigned to individual shirts or shorts, ignoring the DB colour values. The name colours can only be set in the DB or with lua statements.

CM16's tournament import/export feature is still in a development stage and has issues. Additionally, extra steps need to be taken to do this.

For the upcoming patch, I plan to include a second compdata set to allow continental and international tournaments to be played in tournament mode.

You should check your structure and schedule for problems. I have been able to add new leagues to that compdata without issues.

Use the language DBs I provided. If that does not fix the issue, delete the language DBs manually from locale.big, or use this if you do not mind having English settings as default http://www.mediafire.com/file/cd32t27up7n517r/locale.big/file .

For the balls, setting the powid values in the teamballs table should enable them.

Netherlands, Norway and New Zealand women do not have special IDs which hide them in career mode as they where not it the original FIFA 16. You will need to delete them to avoid their players appearing in career mode. I forgot to mention this in the DB notes.

The language files causes the game to crash for some reason master. Up till now, I could only use the eng_us.db and eng_us-meta.xml (excluding the eng_us_upd.db, because it'll also cause a crash) from the loc folders that you provide. I copy/paste them (just the english ones) to my regular loc folder along with the old language files, and the game works. But if I overwrite the entire loc folder (with the new one), the game crashes.

By the way the locale.big didn't work as well, start-screen crash. I don't know why I am so effing problematic mate!
