if you want to make preview file for stadiums, use photoshop to create to type of photos accepted by game, search on ytb you will find a lot of results, and after use creation master 15, search your stadium, select stadium and after preview of stadium and import your photo in game

Try running a test match where everything is default and only the stadium is custom. There might be an internal FIFA14 limit to RAM usage or something. All WC2018 stadiums used to crash for me even though I have a beast PC maybe because they are new and heavy when I had ultra HD kits and boots as well. Then I resized all boots down to x1024 and no crashes now.
Another option is just bad luck: with my beast PC I can never play on Koln stadium, it always crashes and I have no idea why. Maybe that's your bad luck with Generali Arena.

use photoshop, you must to transform your stadium image to put in the first part of that picture, and than use CM15 or CM14, select your databse, open it, go to your stadium and put your png photos in preview side
