What program can change the game menu? How do I put my photos(picture) on the FIFA 14 menu ?

For pictures you must use Fifa 14 File Explorer by Jenkins...

I used this program. And where are these files? To edit them. For example the menu.

The files are in the Game/data/ui/game and subsidiary folders. We have to look inside those folders to found what you want to change!
