Anyone modify playergrowth.INI to increase the ratio so young player gain more overall per season?

If anyone did it, please share :)

yes, you just have to modify this:
AGE_1 = 16
AGE_2 = 18
AGE_3 = 20
AGE_4 = 21
AGE_5 = 27
AGE_6 = 31
AGE_7 = 33
AGE_8 = 35
AGE_9 = 38

RATIO_1 = 0.70
RATIO_2 = 0.80
RATIO_3 = 0.85
RATIO_4 = 0.90
RATIO_5 = 0.95
RATIO_6 = 1
RATIO_7 = 1
RATIO_8 = 0.97
RATIO_9 = 0.87
RATIO_10 = 0.77
Age rows speak for them self and ratio is the percentage of potential that a player will have at a certain age. So for AGE_3 = 20, percentage will be RATIO_3 = 0.85, meaning that at the age of 20, the player will grow 0.85% from his potential.
Note that these are relative and can be higher or lower, depending how much you play a player,, if you train him, etc.
Also the values are sensitive and if you give the ratio of 1 (100%) to the age of 20, older players is possible not to grow at all.Also AI players will not grow or reach full potential at 20, which you will not like, but test it and see what fits you. Do not apply values higher than one, it will result in decrease of overall.
You can tweak training_drill_attributes_list, training_progress and training_result_converter so you can have better results when training players.(if you don't know how, tell me).

hummmm so if the ratio was 0.95 is that mean he will grow higher ???
if that is true can I put all the ratio to 0.95 ? I think that not going to work because it is like a curve. Isn't ?

But you need to test it yourself, with all the values you want in order to achieve your balance.

thank you. now I understand but there is a last question in my mind. If I put the ratio 0.95 at 20 years old. Is that mean the player at 20 years old will reach 95% of his potential? like if his potential is 94 the player will be 89 overall ??

Sorry for interrupting, but can you show me how to tweak training_drill_attributes_list? I edited the .ini file but don't know how to edit the interface ingame.

That is the basic idea but as I have told before, it relative, depending on training, time on the pitch and some other wild factors stated in the player growth, like GROWTH_VARIATION_PERCENTAGE, INJURY_GROWTH_PERCENTAGE_MODIFIER, INJURY_DECREASE_PERCENTAGE_MODIFIER, those above and below curve ratios, and, very important in my experience, CURVE_ATTENUATION_PERCENTAGE, where the lower the number, more drastic the growth and some players can grow by many points in a year. But that is not to everyone liking.

Thanks in advance. Other question, do you know about transfering all profit money to transfer budget? I see my club make alot from selling shirts but cannot use that money makes me furious somehow...

I'm not sure here but I believe that revenue is included in the budget.

So I need a mod for that? Or I just need to have frosty editor?
depends on how you like to play, with a fb mod or with a project.
I like playing with a project, so I can add any file anytime, or modify it, or do whatever I want inside one project.
If you like playing with mods, then create a new mod with the modified ini's and just add it into the mod manager. Works well both ways.
