How are you converting these faces?

Even with blender, I can't convert the faces. I tried replacing the bones with a bone imported from fifa 16's native face and even that doesn't work. The faces wont even import in CM 16.

Surprisingly, they do import in CM 15 in Fifa 15. But while they always show up correctly in CM 15, in actual game the head is just a exploded mess.

I even tried reducing some polygons but even then it doesn't import in CM 16 and shows the same result in CM 15.

Scanned is one thing and processed for game is another. There were this big investigation over at official EA forums where people analysed traces of (mostly marketing materials from official social media channels of clubs or EA itself) which european clubs have been visited by EA crew with purpose of face scanning and which players were scanned but never included in game and the list was absurdly enormous. They just go by popular demand I guess?
