I find it better to play the game at 1440 p and 120 or 144 hz refresh rate, if you have the right display.
The difference from 2k to 4k is not visible really for the eye but the difference in refresh rate is clearly visible from 60 hz that is max for 4k to 120 or 144 hz.
I do own a 55 inch 4k tv with 120 hz at 1440 p and the game is much better in this way than at 4k, more fluid, faster response time, it feels different and does not demand so many resources from your pc also.

....its very odd that Volta is directly affected by these main game sliders, but very interesting nonetheless!!
Please look at Volta at some stage could you, as I am not sure but it might even be the case that locale.ini attribute weights parameters (up to 350), contextual parameters (up to 100) and animation/graphics settings (up to 100) and the AI Objective system parameters (up to 100) would also, similarly to the sliders, affect the gameplay?
