Kits for Saint Kitts & Nevis was made by makispla (the red one) about two years ago. Kits for Macau, I don't know where I got from. Over the past few days I have made new sets for Honduras and Turks and Caicos Islands. In addition, on the template from Voleck I did kits for Curacao and Martinique. I only used my GK template. I will try to share everything today. Yesterday I added to my game all new sets for teams from EURO 2020 that made makispla. If you don't have them I can send them to you. Just give me a sign.
EURO 2020 I can find on makispla's thread. I think Macau can be made using EURO 2016 Nike template. Can you send Nepal & Macau kits?

yes I also made the martinique kits based on makispla template, in fact @RobbieD_PL the kits were released in my mod of national teams on june 2019 update
