No only English, but the only things missing in language databases are team names for Kosovo, Gibraltar & South Sudan and stadium names.

Because back then we could not find a way to open xbox databases, but now that we can we know the "commentaryid" used by the legends. Beckenbauer is already in Classic XI, which is probably why his name is the only one working.

I think it is about comment files
It is not a database because I tried before and did not succeed
I think the same comment files should be modified
There may be many solutions to try and not despair

So Legends have their own commentaryname IDs with 900000/920000 ?

EDIT: The only players that have commentary (English = Martin Tyler) from the Classic XI which are also legends are: Beckenbauer, Koeman & Andreas Brehme. There's nothing for Pele, Maradona, Butragueno, Hierro, Baresi or Alan Shearer.

I also managed to export the Legends commentary DLCs from FIFA16 XBOX 360, but they don't work ingame. All the lines are there, but they are a different encoding format specific to XBOX360, whereas FIFA16 PC uses PS3 audio.

Updated list of player faces still needed to be converted from FIFA20 to FIFA16. Players in Bold are 2018 World Cup squad members.
