Guys I am unable to get going with blender, I've changed my OS and have to reinstall all programs and stuff, and I don't know how to import files with blender now. I thought I was doing everything fine but apparently not. If somebody is willing to help of understands what is the problem the help is welcomed. If I don't manage to make blender work for me my hands are tied...

I recently reinstalled Blender and worked fine. My files :

= Blender 2.71 x64 (rar)
= Importer/Exporter from FIFA 16 Forum

Okay I managed to somehow make 2.68 version to work...

But now I have another problem, PES File Explorer doesn't work, when I click nothing happens... I had a similar problem with Creation Masters, and it was fixed after installing some old direct x 10. But now I can't find any info about what can cause this problem. Again some direct x, or net.framework? Thx

Try updating Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++. I had these problems on Windows 8.1 and updates solved my problem :) Also try to change compatibility mode with another version of Windows.

Jesus Christ, PES File Explorer is such a f up program. It just freezes at will... Is there anyone who had similar issue and was able to fix it? I am not able to use it to replace blocks like this...

You are right. I had to reinstall the whole system. But I will find some solution, I have one idea :D

Please let me know if you find out the cause or find the fix. For me it closes down as soon as I press the open to import the head file.

I have the same problem too. FIFA File Explorer and PES File Explorer don't work as soon as I try to open a file ... In my case after a windows update two weeks ago. Usually the problem is solved by itself after some windows update but the last time the problem lasted almost a year ... It is absurd that there are no alternative programs and you rely on programs from 6-7 years ago .. .. We miss Rinaldo :(
