Hello, guys. I made a corrections for 3 stadiums made by me (Morenão, VTB Arena and Kaloor Stadium) and for 2 stadiums converted by me (MCG and Hongkou Football Stadium). Here are some pictures:
- Morenão and Kaloor Stadium have now the away crowd corrected.
- Melbourne Cricket Ground works now in rainy night.
- Hongkou Football Stadium have now 2 rows of adboard in the camera front side of the field, like CSL 2020 stadiums.
- VTB Arena works now without the pink and green light bug and has now some textures updated, like glasses and sponsors.

Its possible, but it must be done in blender. Too add graphic file in the middle of the ptcih (like on photo) and remove adboards in that position.
I dont know how to do it. And that would be amazing but massive work because you need to do that for each stadium separate (any who play CL, EL etc that has that image).

As nikola said you need to work in blender, erase the adboards at that position and creating the graphics. As a beginner also, i advise you to append it from another stadium (the brazilian WC stadiums have this) and then change the texture file to your taste. It is much easier.
Thank you. But I can't work with Blender, and even my blender is not usable due to an export error, so I can't work with it. It's stuffy...
