At the moment I think everything is good. I already made your models ready in Blender and it's top work so I think no help is needed. One thing: there is a great model of Copenhagen from PES6 World Stadiums. If you have time and motivation you can convert it. I'm working on the other stadiums.

Wizard I can send you Parken from PES6 in a week at least you guys would have it in .obj format.

Do you thinks its possible to get Euro 2020, the image and Amsterdam in the first line? At many stadiums we'll have only the image and the city and not Euro 2020 because of the tournament dressing arrangement.

The model is no problem, it will work, that's something I can do by myself but I can't convert the crowds (the tool doesn't work for me) and the glare files you had a trick I think. So crowd and glare files would be enough.

i will make them...but the FCC tool is no needed to convert the crowds from FIFA 14..you need blender 2.68...import the crowds there and save them as BLEND file...after that you can append them on the stadium with blender 2.71...rescale and you can edit them..Gonzaga posted this method somewhere on the forum

With all due respect to Makispla, I'd suggest trying to avoid the abrupt transitions between the left and the right elements as they will be duplicated a lot all around the stadium.
