I've tried to fix it multiple, in multiple ways but still the same issue. I'll send you the face texture and if you can make a light map and normal (bump) map that works I'll be shocked. I just don't understand what's wrong with the image files I'm using. I've done it the same way before without an issue.

Check the texture resolution and that the names in blender are correctly assigned.

I didn't do this one in Blender. The player has an existing headshape. I'm just updating the look and texture. Anyway, I'll send it to you. I don't want to hijack Pap's thread with my issue. Thought it would be a simple solution. That's why I asked.

Much better texture I think. Colours are more right. I managed to remove a bit of the face shininess the original texture had. Also it has proper light and bump maps.

I am now done with this dude, but it has helped me making some progress.

Hi!
I don't want to sound rude but this basically same hair cut. Just on the photo his hairs are messed up because, well, it is not easy to keep the hair tight when running with this hair cut. I know what I am talking about, I have basically the same hair cut :)

Ah ok... I searched on my face bank (my pc) and could not find it. Probably because the ID he used was different. At least now, it has proper hairs, bump and light map :)
