yes, especially that english club have can put the teams in addition to the competitions and therefore no longer need the command line in the fip cl.ini
but i want to put those from fifa22 directly because it is a lot of work and i want to do something else too.
So I'm waiting for someone to extract the adb animate from fifa22

Hey boss, is there a way to have animated adboards in a friendly game or a custom tournament???... I created a lot of adboards for most of the national teams and I would like to know if that feature is available...

I will tell you the possibilities,but at some point you have to make choices

1 stadium with stadium adboards animated obligatory
stadium with stadium adboards rotary not works
stadium with stadium adboards statics not works

2 only barclays premiers league works for teams adboards and competions
3 the other league even created can activate for competition

exemple:romania,cheq ....... ok but no teams adboards animated(rotary yes)

4 can do for all the teams and activates but will take priority over competitions

example paris vs chealsea (CHAMPIONS LEAGUE) adboards paris works but not champions leagues
the only way i know to get around this and to have an identical stadium with rotating adboards and assign specifc stadium,team,competition

I would not do a tutorial to make adboards animate too complicated to explain
when patch will be finished will be released on fifainifity by damien. but still a lot of work on it

maybe an idea, I managed to create an independent adboard in the middle of the field as in the higher version of fifa with animated adboards. here the test with the park of the princes

The idea would be to work on the ea forest park ivylane stadiums ...... and other ea stadiums which do not have to animate adboads and be able to do a lot of adboard animate to make the most of these adboards.
for the moment the project is not launched just to know if it would be interesting and if adboads maker would like to work with me on the project

Hello on x360 is impossible I think, stadium are equipped with rotating adboards not animate .go to fifa 22 pc you can have one adboard animate by team plus all adboards animated if you know how to activate and do them

I think a lot of work for anyone of interest and I no longer have fifa 16 for fifa 22 league 1, 2 and more are finished. after I asked permission to convert series a to I do not know who, roberto001.
no response, so no permission.so now i prefer to work just for me with some friends. public sharing doesn't interest me anymore. i'm sorry
