eh...modify the texture? With any graphic editor like Photoshop, GIMP or Paint.net?

but what to do exactly e.g. in photoshop? I was editing the texture in photoshop, but honestly i´m not so skilled with special functions, options this tool has, just simply editing let´s say the picture itself.

Ah...someone didn't have model of headband so he painted it on a face texture.
Here is how I would repaint it

yep
as no such model for headband exists, so improvized. But actually it looks good, the only issue is that bloody forehead. The head sides are ok with painted headband... And honestly, some headband is a must for this player

but now seriously... thanks for enhancing the face, but unfortunately when you removed the headband texture, it just simply not solving my issue. Still i do not understand the root-cause why only the forehead is creating such a light area... i´m just shooting with a blank bullet, but might it be something related to lightmap?

Finally, I finished some Luton Town faces (finished as finished every upgrade is more than welcome ).
