Ligue 1 - Not the best, but it's what I can do. I did an alternate version that fits more the team names, check below!
Ligue 1 Fantasy version - As FIFA 11 adds the full team name in Ligue 1, I did a fantasy scoreboard so that the names appear correctly!
UEFA Europa Conference League - The new UEFA competition!
UEFA Europa League - The new layout!
Premier League - A cleaner version of the scoreboard already included in the selector.

There are 3 gameplays to choose from (with the selector tool) :
Tool? Do you mean "FHL-Scoreboard-Tool"? Well, I have tried using it but it doesn't seem to work with any big file given to it.
I do use "FHL-Scoreboard-Tool". It's a very outdated program and doesn't work really well. I have to guess the x/y values because they do not match the preview given by the program. So, it's a "trial and error" situation: I update the values little by little and test it until I get the results I want! Tedious process but worth it in the end

I am not sure, but I'd say it was made for FIFA 11. Maybe there are better tools for those games. I can't test it though, my computer refuses to open FIFA 12 and 13

It's finally out! The first of many scoreboard packs to come. In this first pack, 8 scoreboards are included, in a total of 31 files (different TV channels)!
To install it, place the files in Program Files (x86)\EA Sports\FIFA 11\Game\data\ui\game\overlays\Custom
They will then be available in the selector!
In the following days, I will start revealing the next pack. The upcoming scoreboards are on a post above. I'm still open for requests!

I haven't sent pictures of these. I can't add specific colors to teams so I made a monochromatic version of the scoreboard. I think it actually looks good.
Can you make the actual fifa 22 scoreboard with yellow font and blue ?
Is it laptop? Cause afaik laptop with 2 built in gpu , AMD Radeon and Intel HD will have some issue when playing games. Be sure to update both drivers and set the laptop to high performance so the system will try to use AMD graphics. (It will heat up though)
