First there is all the fake South American internationals (Uruguay ones like fake Cavani and fake Suarez) that ends up in the free agent.
Then there is something like a dozen of players with "badly" made stats in the free agents. They can be recognised by their extremely high potential (86+) and their unrealistic stats at some of their attributes considering their position. For instance, world class goalkeeping stats for a field player and vice et versa.
I can edit/remove them from myself, but I just wanted to point it out.

On a different topic, I made extensive research a year or two ago on the simsettings.ini. I have managed to have a version that gives realistic points (+-85 points to win a league, +-32 points to avoid relegation), average goal scored by match (+-2.7), realistic goal scorer charts (in terms of number of goal scored, and who scored), and the same with passing.
I am offering to share it, if you want to include it in the mod.

I have attached a zip with the simsettings.ini. There is 3 versions inside. I recommend using the V2.

Can you explain please what is wrong with the scorer charts on default version? I think 85 points is also enough to win the league in original fip4 .

Well Kante is often among the top scorer by default. Also too often I found my best scorer to be the best scorer in the league. Good luck now fighting with the likes of Lewo.
By default, points charts are not too bad, but with this mod, big teams are more likely to be at the top of the league. Underdogs have less chances to reach a cl spot (still possible though). Also by default the average goal scored by match is closer to 2.
You can just give it a go (make a BU of your career save in game, simulate a bunch of seasons with the mod), then delete it of you don't like it. No need to start a new cm to have the effects.

1. How can i change number of players on the bench? I would like change the 5 player to higher, than in real life.

Hello. I share with you the converted database from FIFA 22. The file is compatible only with FIFA 16. Don't ask for other versions because I won't make them. I have no need and no time. I do not know if I avoided errors because I did not test it in any way. Tables such as: leaguerefereelinks, leagues, nations, player_grudgelove, referee, rivals, rowteamnationlinks, teamkits, teamnationlinks and teamstadiumlinks I borrowed from the database from @scouser09 on October 21. I converted the other most important tables from the squads update file from @Fifero del Norte

You can convert this new db to FIFA 14 and then fix the dlc according to the db so that the career is created without any problems. Thankful

I know why it doesn't work. I forgot to add the two teams that are required for FIFA 16 Classic XI and World XI to function. Additionally, I did "setfacetype", I doubled the prestige of the teams. There is something else that I planned to improve, but I forgot what it was supposed to be. The link is the same. For those who are interested, I recommend downloading the database again.
