everyone is using now the FIFA Converter developed by @tokke001 (God bless him)
But i think majority if not all of the faces from 16 were converted already to 14, or there are better quality faces already available for 14.

P.s. first use search button before converting, maybe there is already that version available. Anyway, if you would find some players we don't have still good face for, please, do not hesitate to share
