I don't think they are the original ID. These teams probably have never been to any FIFA game. Several people make additions to FIFA14 and 16, so let's try to use the same IDs so that possible cooperation goes smoothly.

There were Euro and World Cup games, you know? North Macedonia even had 2 IDs in history of FIFA :D

It is very possible that they had two IDs. I once found a file on the Soccergaming forum called "Full ID List" and it lists all FIFA national teams and their official numbers (according to that list). So I checked and noticed that my ID for Guam and Brunei is different. I wonder if those numbers are correct.
