when i open fifa file explorer (i activated compatibility mode with win 7 to make it work) and i try to edit a wipe3d, i can see the blocks but those that contain pictures are black and when i click them the app crash. What can it depend on? last year it was enough for me to open it directly inside the rar to make it work but for a few months now if I try to open it in the rar as soon as I try to open a folder it crashes. The only way to make it work is to open it out of the rar but as I said there is the problem of black blocks that cause the app to crash when clicked

Mate, you can use Virtual Box to install any Windows Version you want. You don´t need to delete your current Windows Version for this Tool. It´s easy spoken a "Virtual Windows Version" to use beside your usual WIndows Version. Just google "Virtual Box". You will find everything you need. It´s free, it´s easy to use. Just start it install the Windows Version you have choosen before. I don´t guide you how to become older Windows Versions in the Internet. But it´s not illegal, because you can officially download a WIndows Version Tool which provides you direct links to official older Windows Versions from Microsoft. Just google it, no fancy things. Just useful to get older "Tools" running. I use an older Windows 10 Version a.e. for Fifa 18 Tool CGFE 18. After you have done your edits with in your case Jenkeys Tool you can easily drag and drop or using a "shared Folder between your normal Windows and your Virtual Box Windows. Just ba thing of reading the steps to do so. Another source is to watch some You Tube Videos where you get exact Guide and Information about using Virtual Box on your current Windows PC. I wanted to change a uniform on fifa19 (xbox360) using the tool but it doesn't work on Windows10, I had to install the virtualBox. To my surprise as soon as I open the program, it doesn't show the preview of the files, which prevents me from making the change, I don't know what else to do

11/06/22 The program is working perfectly on windows 7 ultimate 32bit. (test in VirtualBox)

When you installed Virtual Box, which Windows do you use in the Virtual Box? Use a older Version of Win 10 or use win 8 Version. This way it should open Jenkeys Tool and preview your files.

Thanks for the information, I was using the 32-bit version of windows 7 ultimate, now the images are no longer showing. It must be a bug. I will try to use windows 8 in virtualBox.

I have a problem with FIFA File Explorer,when i open a kit/adboard/boot and try to export or import a image,he crashes.Do you know a solution for this problem ??
