Ok, for non-FIFA id players in my db will have ids from 55000 to 60000. There is a gap that leaves almost 6000 ids free. For know I have a little above a half of them (around 3300)

I think there is gap also between 50000-52000 and Harry has stated that is working id 68000+ if I remember correctly!!!

Playing with vanilla FIFA 14 I found a thing that will be implemented in FNT v4.
Some people declared a problem with a blur on some animations and in replays on low or very low settings. Now I know why this happens.

I applied the file data/fifarna/lua/settings.lua to fix flickering net bug, but fix I found had a flaw that caused this. To fix it, you can do it manually on Notepad.

Just open mentioned file and scroll here

Both selected values here are equal 1. Change it to 0 and it's already fixed.

Doesn't disabling depth of field make the game look much worse at the same time? (speaking of fixing the flickering nets)
When disabled, there's no blur to background objects, which must be looking weird?

I've been trying to fix the net flickering for all 9 years but still haven't found a solution.

that's how low and very low settings look in vanilla
on medium and high, nothing changes

Don't you understand that I only used values that original game uses as graphics quality settings?

In original game, high and medium settings have it enabled, low and very low - disabled. 0 is disabled, 1 - enabled.
The file I was using before had the opposite. Low and very low had DOF and high and medium didn't, so I swapped it back.

Right, I see now.

Then the question remains - is there a way to fix net flickering without disabling DOF on high?

Three news. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

The good is that finally, all national teams are updated. The last continent, Oceania is done:

The bad is that trying to clean my laptop, I broke a hinge in it, so I have to send it to service, so there will be some days for me not doing any progress.

The ugly on the other hand...there is something very important for me to tell you. Details will be in a few days.

I'm a little late, I know.

But a lot will change in the near future. I'm heading off to college in 2 months, and I have no clue if I'll have the hardware to play and mod on, much less if I'll have the time to do it all.

That being said, I'm sending a message. This mod, in terms of functionality, is complete.
It remains to update the lineups, at this point I am making it clear.

I don't want to sound tactless, but I can no longer cope with it myself. The enthusiasm I had 3-4 years ago has largely subsided. I no longer want to do mods that require annual updates. Admittedly, this one could be done every 2 years, but I can no longer manage it myself.

Unless someone can be found who, not just by word of mouth, but seriously helps me deal with this mod from the technical side, it is possible that I will abandon it.

However, this does not mean that I want to end it all. I liked the concept of theme mods. I also came up with the idea of "license patches" for each FIFA, which would simply patch the licenses.
I can do it in 2 months or in 5 years, it doesn't matter here.

I have to get money for a new computer, I have to learn to live on my own. So I hope that by November, I'll be able to patch it up and enjoy the 2022 World Cup on virtual pitches and that other stuff won't bother me nor you.
